About the artist 

Uuganbayar Yuki Cloud is a Mongolian American interdisciplinary artist focused on metalsmithing and contemporary photography.

Through her brand, Disco Cloud, she creates one of a kind metal jewelry pieces. Yuki uses traditional hands-on smithing techniques developed from working as an apprentice with a master metalsmith in Seattle, Washington.

 

She finds the process of working with such a hardy and sustainable element to be meaningful and meditative.

Currently working out of her studio in the city of Sacramento, Yuki spends her free time singing karaoke, traveling, hanging out with her husband and 3 cats.
